Location: Braselton/Hoschton, Georgia

Compensation: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate specialized machinery and tools essential for electric motor assembly.

Participate in the assembly or sub-assembly of components of our electric motors.

Uphold strict quality standards throughout all stages of the production process.

Monitor and tweak production processes or equipment for optimum quality and productivity.

Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned tasks, including logs, quality assessments, and reports.

Ensure a tidy and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols.

Work in tandem with team members to achieve production targets.

Promptly report any irregularities in equipment, safety protocols, or production lags to the supervisor.

Abide by all safety and health guidelines specific to electric motor manufacturing.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electric motor or related industry.

Ability to interpret and adhere to verbal and written guidelines.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical capability to manage tasks; may occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with tools and machinery used in electric motor production.

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
