Location: Braselton/Hoschton, Georgia

Shift: 4 hours

Compensation: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate specialized machinery and tools essential for electric motor assembly.

  • Participate in the assembly or sub-assembly of components of our electric motors.

  • Uphold strict quality standards throughout all stages of the production process.

  • Monitor and tweak production processes or equipment for optimum quality and productivity.

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned tasks, including logs, quality assessments, and reports.

  • Ensure a tidy and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols.

  • Work in tandem with team members to achieve production targets.

  • Promptly report any irregularities in equipment, safety protocols, or production lags to the supervisor.

  • Abide by all safety and health guidelines specific to electric motor manufacturing.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electric motor or related industry.

  • Ability to interpret and adhere to verbal and written guidelines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Physical capability to manage tasks; may occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Familiarity with tools and machinery used in electric motor production.

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
